Automated emails from the helpdesk don't appear in Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook 2010 will occasionally have automated emails from the helpdesk appear in the 'Junk E-Mail' folder.
If a user queries why they aren't recieving emails, this should be the first place to look!
