Using the Scan to me feature

To send a copy of a document to yourself or another email address, you will need to do the following steps;

  1. Log onto a MFD printer (copiers) using your network credentials e.g. ghn@tretherras.net and password
  2. Once logged in, click on "Use copier"
  3. Click "Email"
  4. Click "Enter Recipient"
  5. Add the email address you want to scan to (your email address or another user)
  6. If you want to change print settings e.g. setup double sided printing, you can by clicking the “2 sided scanning” button or advanced options
  7. If you want to scan a single page, simply press the green button
  8. After your job has scanned and sent, you will see a message saying job completed
  9. Log out
