To send a copy of a document to yourself or another email address, you will need to do the following steps;
- Log onto a MFD printer (copiers) using your network credentials e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org and password
- Once logged in, click on "Use copier"
- Click "Email"
- Click "Enter Recipient"
- Add the email address you want to scan to (your email address or another user)
- If you want to change print settings e.g. setup double sided printing, you can by clicking the “2 sided scanning” button or advanced options
- If you want to scan a single page, simply press the green button
- After your job has scanned and sent, you will see a message saying job completed
- Log out
